"While this place has excellence service, I always grab coffee in the morning if I can. they close the doors to the dining room in the morning about 2 to three times a week which kinda sucks for me because I don't drive. Maybe I'll just start walking in the drive thru lane"

"This morning I went through the drive thru and was greeted by the most cheerful girl! I intended to just get a coffee but she sold me on a donut and joked it was google review worthy. While the donut was great, her service was outstanding in that short interaction. Someone else gave me my order at the window but she still came up and continued to joke around with me. Her attitude and cheerfulness put a smile on my face, all before 8am. I believe her name was Sam - thanks Sam for making my day start great!"

"It’s not often you see employees going out of their way to improve the customer experience but I was really happy to go to Tim Hortons today when I saw an elderly customer with a walker coming into the store, before I could open the door myself, I saw the employee named Tori who spotted this gentlemen and ran across the counter to help him in and was very patient and kind helping this gentleman. It’s not often you see this type of kindness in fast food so shoutout to this employee for making this a genuine and heartwarming experience! Management should consider her for a raise!"

"Awesome customer service fast service, good was hot and cooked to profession. Didn't receive NO BURNT BREAD for our sandwiches and the muffins for fresh. Capachinno was good no complaints. The car before me paid for myself and my husband order and we paid for the car behind us food order. What a way to start the day"
